These terms apply when you use Helpbee, including its website and Discord app. By using Helpbee, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What Helpbee does
Helpbee provides raid preparation, checklist, progress, roster, and Discord preview tools for World of Warcraft communities. Helpbee is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment, Discord, WoWAudit, Warcraft Logs, or other linked services.
2. Your responsibilities
You must follow applicable law and the rules of Discord, Battle.net, and any other service you connect. You may not misuse Helpbee, interfere with it, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use it to violate another person’s rights.
If you install the Discord app or link a channel, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the channel is appropriate for showing previews of roster-visible Helpbee Prep content.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Helpbee permission to store, process, and display it only as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit that content.
4. Accounts and access
Helpbee uses third-party identity and roster services. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly removing access that should no longer be available. Roster owners and officers control roster settings and may remove users, integrations, or content.
5. Availability and changes
Helpbee is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, data preservation, raid results, or the continued availability of third-party services.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helpbee and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or removed where reasonably necessary to protect Helpbee, its users, third parties, or the service. You may stop using Helpbee at any time and can request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The date above will be updated when that happens. For questions, contact the Helpbee operator using the support contact listed on the Helpbee Discord application profile.
